noisy neighbours

Not camping. We are on our 1st caravan holiday. Our neighbours are still playing music quite loud. Children have been woken up. I know its the weekend but what time is acceptable for asking them to turn it down

oh that's really not on is it; 11 pm at the latest for stopping playing loud music, surely?
