How often do you camp?

Just curious about how often you all go camping? It's opened up the possibility of much cheaper holidays and weekends away for us!

3 times a year. Beginning of May Bank holiday. End of May Bank holiday. A week in August.

I don't find it that cheap though.

Me: never.

DH and kids: 3 times a year.

As often as possible! This year, both May bank holiday weekends, 2 weekends in July (weather permitting) and then 10 days in France

Used to go quite frequently 3-4 times a year (plus Scout camps etc as a Leader ) have now made the decision never, ever to camp again and I feel a huge sense of relief.

Every weekend when we're not busy with other commitments. Also most of the summer and half terms.

As much as possible. 3 consecutive weeks in the summer, all of May half term, and a few weekends too. Considering doing October half term this year now we have moved to the dark side of having EHU and a heater. Hope to also think about next Easter as it's a late one in 2014.

Both May bank holidays (second one was a festival), one weekend in June, one (or maybe two) in July, a festival in early August, Eweleaze mid-August and one weekend early September. After that, it will depend on the weather I imagine.

We usually do Easter but it was a bit early and cold this year.

I LOVE camping.

Twice during school summer holidays and also spring half term if the weather is good (so didn't go this year). Maybe another 2-3 days somewhere if it can be fitted in. I'd go more often if I didn't have to stick to school holidays.
