So I love camping and me and ds's have been away camping most years now for the past few years - to 'proper' campsites.
One thing I'd love to do though is some impromptu camping in our back garden as we're lucky it's nice and big and the weather's so bloody unpredictable I figure camping in the back garden on the odd night might work out better than soggy days away!
But I haven't done this so far because I know there are rats around where we live and for some reason I've got it into my head that they're more likely to attack a tent in a back garden than come onto a campsite.
.
I know - completely ridiculous but any stories of rat-free camping in gardens would be much appreciated. Or equally horrendous stories about rats at campsites I suppose - as I've never seen one so far..!
