Me again! Booked channel tunnel tickets now worrying where we actually going to go! Defo want to go to Chamonix but only for few days, quite fancy lake Annecy but all the reviews say the traffic is a nightmare in August and very over crowed. Is there somewhere in that area, less popular, with access to water (lake, stream or pool) that anyone could recommend - struggling big time! Thank you!
