camping blanket

I've been on the search for a proper camping blanket (as I like to call them) like the type you'd take to scout or guide camp for sitting round the campfire.

Dh and I both have ours from our youth - thick heavy brown tweedy type things with checks that you sewed your cloth badges on to and I'd really like one for ds.

I can only find fleecy affairs - am I hideously old-fashioned and nowhere sells them anymore?

Google Tweedmill blankets, they even do a recycled ones.

Plenty of choice.
