No - we are off tomorrow for 2 nights and got the last pitch on a large site, so we are not the only nutters out there.

Glad our van has decent heating...

Always fancied an off peak camp but never risked it. What can you do to a tent to keep it warmer?

Get electric hook up and plug in a low voltage heater! Works a treat.

Also, mulled wine and baileys or whisky in the hot choc Grin

Better still - get a Motorhome.....

Electricity in tents is wrong. I was bought up on Swallows and Amazons. If Titty didn't have it neither should I.

True! We never had electric either, but took advantage of a friends tent last summer which did and it was lovely :)

I was also enjoying a family who had solar powered fairy lights all around theirs! (Our kids used glo-sticks for the disco effect indoors).
