Taking 1 year old camping

What do we sleep on? We cosleep at home but after test run on inflatable mattress I'm not sure it'll work she either fell off or ended up stuck in a dip with me all night.
Also she hates covers anyone know where I can get fleece trousers or similar for her to sleep in?

Primark! Fleece all in ones and fleece PJ's which you could use as over trousers.
They do them for adults too
Could you sleep on a self inflating mattress pad with a double duvet laid over it?

Not sure about the bed as we had a campervan and built a 'nest' on the floor for DS, but we dressed him in a fleece suit from Pumpkin Patch. I can't find the exact one, but it was a bit like this

Thanks I tried primark a couple of weeks ago but it was all still summer stuff will try again at the weekend.
