How many clothes?

We are going to the Med for 3 weeks, but driving so will be camping for a few nights in more northern locations on the way. I always bring too many clothes as the children and dh turn ferral on day 3 by the second week. I only intend to do max two washes when I am there, as it is a chore. What do you think is a reasonable amount to pack per person? Children are nearly 3, 5 and 7.

Oh and how do you organise your bags? We will probably have two one night stops and then a 3-4 nighter then a week or so. When we went at half term with 5 pitches I organised by location, so everyone's clothes for day 1+2 together etc, and jumpers all separate. Dh said it felt wierd, but once again he's not doing the packing! What do you do?

7 outfits packed as outfits in individual large freezer bags and seeled, then all thrown in one bag per person. Can just grab new bag each day and throw in rucksack.

So say with x3 children , I would actually just have one large hold all bag. 7 outfits each, and each child's colour coded. So red stickers on child 1s clothing bags, green in child 2 etc. then all on one hold all. If get muddled can find each colour easily

Means one wash a week
