Longthorns Farm or Woodyhyde?

Help me wise campers, which is best? These are my criteria:

Open first week in September
Must be able to book because of Paralympic Games taking place
Near Jurassic Coast
Clean facilities
Playground or something to amuse a 3 year old
Preferably walking distance to a pub
Not a big site with evening entertainment
Not full of oiks who play Paul McCartney songs at 1 in the morning
Pretty

I did a search and there are lots of threads about this area but I've narrowed it down and can't decide between these two.

YOu won't be able to walk to a pub from either of them, from going past Woodyhyde I don't think it has a playground, but the steam train runs past it. Longthornes is right next to Monkey World.

Thanks fivegomad. DH always thinks DS must have a swing and a slide to play on, but Longthorns has animals and Woodyhyde has steam trains.

Are there any better sites I've overlooked? I need to be able to book in advance so Tom's Field and Burnbake are all out unfortunately.
