Freezing a wine bix inner

Saw this mentioned a few weeks ago and interested in trying it out. Is there any chance of it bursting? How long does it take to freeze and how long will it last in a non electric coolbox?

Some wines form crystals when frozen. Apparently this is harmless but it gave me a bit of a fright when I had a swig of the last bit of mine from my travel cafetiere in the dark and thought it was coffee grounds!
