I have been preparing assuming that it will be cold and raining but we are leaving tomorrow and the weather forecast for the south east is very good Shock. I have got us all fleece all in ones and we have duvets, will we get horrible and sweaty? Should we just take normal pjs?

I have camped this weekend and it was chilly at night. I cursed H for only bringing one duvet when normally we would gave two Grin

We camped the night before last and we were quite cold, although those of us with decent sleeping bags were ok.

If it's clear at night it can still get very cold, and then roasting in the morning when the sun comes up, so I'd recommend having layers. Normal warm PJs, warm socks, extra tops (jumpers or cardis).

Have fun!!

Oh, if you're taking duvets, maybe a blanket each too. If you get really cold you can put it under the duvet and it's really cosy.

We were camping in Essex over the weekend just gone and found it very comfortable over night just in 3 season sleeping bags and normal pjs. Woke up roasting hot as soon as the sun came up though!

Had a car full of fleeces that never got used.
