Sleeping bags

We need to invest in sleeping bags for an upcoming trip. 2 adult ones and ones for DS1 (4) and DS2 (2).

This won't be our one and only trip. We've recently bought a tent and intend on doing a fair amount of camping in the future.

Any suggestions on what to go for? I've had a look around, but the costs seem to really vary. I don't want to go OTT, but we do need to get something of a decent quality. It would be a shame for the kids to get put off by being freezing overnight.

I got the Gelert Sleeping Pod for DD.

Its nice and roomy as she doesn't like getting all tangled up. Its 2 season and seemed to be enough for her in early April.

They do adult size ones too. I think I paid about £25 for DDs...

We have got ready beds (junior size for DS2, single for DS1 but tbh they would both be fine in the single size), from Argos - not the character branded ones. They both sleep warm and toasty in those.

I second the Gelert pods... We have a Vango double... Will try and find a linky...

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll have a look at everything, but might well be back for more advice!

We opted for the Gerlet Pods in the end. I think they will do the job for a few years.
