'Camp-bed' ype double mattress

Hi - hoping someone can advise! Going to a mobile-home caravan park - have been many time, had a great time, but DH suffers becasue he has arthritis and the matreeses are alwaya very thin and fully of poky springy bits so was thinking of trying to take a thin matress with us to put over the one there. DO they exist? Could obv take two singles but the would not be romantic ?

What about a really thick mattress topper? perhaps a memory foam one.

You don't fancy using a SIM then - I would have thought this would have been a good idea
