Only think I've ever noticed about the Dutch when camping is their spotless caravans. We've even seen them out washing them after it's rained. Could you mention that too him please.

Cupcake their tents are spotless too. Spotless and taut and magnificent, as are often the campers within. Will add in caravan pride to letter.

It did cross my mind that it was the slovenly Brits (us included) all sat drinking wine with cheap scruffy tents that were in the wrong, especially as the Dutch are generally such a charming sensible bunch, but we were reassurred by an equally scruffy mixed bunch of drunk Norwegians and Germans.

But slubber you do have a beeyootiful tent already- as do I unfortunately I don't look like a Dutch lady -6ft, leggy, tanned and neither of my children look like Midwich Cuckoos so we stand out like a sore thumb!

I too have a short Scandinavian and his pesky genes messing up my attempts to look like a Dutch elven family.
I would also like to point out that in these times of economic woes, De Waard should feel duty bound to reduce their prices. Imagine the delight they would spread should we actually be able to afford one of those beauties.

If I had paid the best part of £500 for something the size of a waterproof hanky, I would keep it beautifully clean and swept too. It would have it's own personal trainer and a styllist for photo shoots, and i would give it an intimate massage each night to keep it's guy ropes taut.
