Camping stuff in Aldi/Lidl

Hi.

DS is going on a hike/camp tomorrow for the weekend. I only got the camp list last night - and don't have a suitable camping mug. He has the mess tins and cutlery.
Is there anything on in either Aldi or Lidl at the moment, I think I saw a small range in Poundland recently.

Was also thinking of the micro towels the type that fold up really, really small?

I bought a couple of microfibres towels from home bargains which I have been quite impressed with . I think they were 1.99 ;)

Poundland have a good range of camping stuff - definately tin mugs and those tin drinks bottle too.

I went to Poundland - and got a mug and a tin drinks bottle. I forgot about the towel (I doubt he will have a wash anyway...)

the main thing are the waterproofs - forecast for heavy rain and thunderstorms - that'll be nice for a hike, camp and hike back the next day
