350 or 450 vango square bag?

Hi we did a practice camp in the garden last night and I was cold even with a blanket on the ground with a sim on top and a borrowed one season sleeping bag + fleece blanket and (eventually the duvet). So should I get the 350 or 450 vango bag? Would like to camp in Spring and summer.
Ds3 age 2.7 kept wriggling out of his bag. What should I get him.
Tips anyone?

I'd say get the warmest bag you can ie the 450. If you are too hot you can unzip it a bit. If you are too cold you are stuffed! Also the season ratings are for men and women tend to sleep cooler. One season sleeping bags are for sleepovers and heatwaves.

Did DS wake up cold? If not just let him wriggle out, ours do the same. Have a spare blanet to put over him.

I use multiple sleeping bags and blankets, but my temperature control is all bonkers these days due to menopause
