We only use a single burner (trangia) as minimalist cooks when camping.
I have a bargainy camping toast thing like this but it dosent seem to make toast- just makes bread hard....
Help! I need toast - but how?? Any other toast things that work?
Also I bought a water carrier that tainted every drop with vile plastic flavour- now use large spring water bottle.
And sleeeping bags ffs. cold side zip anyone? 
duvets are way to go.
