Camping with 9mo old

Are we crazy? DH loves camping and wants to go for his birthday in a couple of weeks. Our DS is 9mo and crawling well. We'll probably have some friends with us so will have extra help. Any advise for camping with a crawler?

It will be fab. Never underestimate how cold it gets at night, so lots of layers. It will be wet in the morning, whether it has rained or not so if you have waterproofs or a rainsuit to chuck on over DS' PJs that would be useful.
