Storage in campervan

I'm just about to get a campervan, and wondering what I could store in it. Can you leave bedding, for instance, or will it go musty? Will books go damp? (As far as I can tell the van I am getting is not already damp!)

We leave everything in ours and it is fine. It's a bit bigger than a camper van but I'm sure if it's not damp it should be fine.

I used to have a VW campervan and left everything in it, sleeping bags, books, etc and it was all fine.

I empty it in the winter, but once we've been away for the first trip everything stays in there.
