Festival Tent

DH and I are off to our first festival in 7 years next June. DM has generously agreed to have DD so we are off as a 'couple' for the first time since she was born (5yo).

We need a festival tent, ideally a 3 berth with a living area/storage space.

Any recommendations?

TIA

Not bad for £54! Quick pitch and lots of different colours.

Not tried it myself, but I know the larger quechuan are spoken well of on here.

Not overly keen on Quechuas, the living space isn't big enough. Our normal tent is a Monty 6 so I am a bit spoilt!

Right, have settled on one. The windows, fly nets and SIG sold it to me. What do you lot think?

You link just took me to the central page, but they have some fab tents by the looks of things. You should be able tot get a bargain in the end of season sales :)

Oops! Sorry, will try again.

Looks great! Which festivals are you heading to...or have you not started planning until after Xmas?

Off to Download in June.

The tent arrived today and was pitched in my living room. Very impressed with the attention to detail. Not bad for £89.99!

Envy my dc are too young for such fun the moment-either with us or dumped at gps. Enjoy!

My DD is having a holiday at Nanny's, talk of the line up is banned in front of her as she loves the Prodigy.

I will be observing the family field this year to see how old the kids are. Might take her in 2013, she will be almost 7.

Ooo I'll be at Download too but I'll be in the campervan

It can be a bit of a walk from the car parks to camping so make sure your rucksack/whatever is comfy to carry

It was also very muddy due to the non stop rain so be prepared for that too

Taking wellies but the last time I went (2004) the weather was glorious!
