Repairing a SIM

I have a Fat Airic which has sprung a tiny leak. I'm a bit disappointed as it's not been used that many times but hey ho. The hole is where the fabric overlaps one of the valves iyswim? I tried stormseal mid camping trip in desperation but it didn't work. Would something like a puncture repair patch work? Or any other ideas welcome. I really don't want to have to buy a new mat for a while yet!

We've got Wideboys from Alpkit and in the bottom of each of their bags is a small puncture repair kit.

TBH with a company with customer service as outstanding as Alpkit, I'm pretty sure that if you contacted them they'd move heaven and earth to help you

Thanks blownin, now you come to mention it I do seem to remember little repair kits. Trouble is I have no idea where I've put them. Will have to have a hunt in the garage tomorrow

Mine's a karrimor and came without a repair kit, got a small tear at first outing. I bought a gelert nylon repair kit for £2.70 which did the trick. Other repair kits were around £10, kicking myself for not buying cheaper mat with repair kit included, maybe biting £14 mat for the kit is worth it!
