leaking seams - camping virgin!

Hi, we camped at a festival this weekend, using my MILs old Outwell family dome. It's getting on a bit, but was fine apart from leaking seams. Does it need replacing or will seam sealant do the trick? Seems a shame to retire it if it's basically sound - what do you experts think.

Also, can I thank you for your many tips and packing lists on these threads - you made us far more prepared than we otherwise would have been and our girls had a great time!

i'd try seam sealant inside and out and then put a hosepipe on it and see how it performs. I've used spray cans on mine (but only leaked slightly in torrential rain over several days). have you checked for holes, as you can sticky backed stuff from camping shop for these.
