Dilemma!

Save over the winter and buy my Outwell Monty, carpet and awning and possibly go to Download or Sonisphere OR Take my DD to America to meet my family for the first time (Aunty, Uncle, cousins and their kids)
I am truely torn!

go and visit family. definitely

A tent will provide years worth of holidays. America is just one. Save up the following year for America when you already have the tent for weekends away.

If she is old enough to remember America then I would say see family, and see if you can borrow a friends tent next year for a weekend or two.

The tent will bring you nothing but joy, family possibly not quite so....

The tent gets my very anti-social vote
