I bought my base seconds 4.1 last summer and have used it loads. When we were packing up last weekend we noticed that a very small plastic part on the tent was broken and it was allowing two of the poles to part company, no big deal really and DP could probably have fixed it.
Anyway we were in decathlon so I thought I would mention it and they said they had had another one like that and I should take it back to them and they would sort it out.
I thought they would mend it but no I took it in on Thursday and they gave me a brand new tent
. They also updated my decathlon card and gave me a new reciept which gives me another 12 months garuntee.[sp].
Now thats what I call customer service
