Has your bivouac thing arrived yet? I have just ordered a Cobb for me DH's father's day present and need a small burner too.

That washing-up thing looks like a washing machine my granny used to have in her holiday house. Basically just turn a handle and slosh the clothes around.

jamaisjedors · 10/06/2011 14:50

oh I see from the other thread that it HAS arrived and is great! Am leaning towards one too (blatant copying!)

Slubberdegullion · 10/06/2011 14:51

stove has arrived and new thread started jamais. I love it a lot already.

yes! my great aunt used to have a turny handle washing machine too.

Do you think they have us fooled? I mean really how hard is it to do 4 plates and a bit of cutlery?

Lovecat · 10/06/2011 18:03

Does that mean you have to eat like a toddler, using those weirdy sectioned plates? How bizarre....:o

"Although this design is intended for the outdoors, I think it will work just as well indoors, especial for those who want to combine a little bit of muscles workout to their daily routine"

How bored would you have to be?

notwavingjustironing · 12/06/2011 13:33

who needs a hobby when you can mindlessly wash the dishes all day?

QueeferSutherland · 12/06/2011 22:05

What about your billy cans? You'd have to go to the sink anyway!

Poncey - you don't need to if you're using a straw Grin

Maybe you are only allowed to eat fruit and cheese and biscuits, on the divided plates.
