Camping in Devon or Cornwall - has anyone tried Ladys Mile? (Or other ideas?)

We're hoping to go camping in Devon or Cornwall this Summer. We've got a 12 year old and 2 year old so want a park with lots of facilities, preferably including an indoor pool and walking distance to a beach (with a pushchair). Has anyone been anywhere they would recommend?

I'm drawn at the moment to 'Ladys Mile' in Devon. Has anyone been? I've read differing reviews but it seems to have a good variety of facilities and is apparently closish to a beach (though to know how far from someone with a small child rather than from the brochure would be great?) and is cheaper than a lot of other big parks.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Dawlish Warren is a fantastic beach and Dawlish a lovely town. However, the 'official' walk to the beach is up a steepish lane and then down a very steep and twisty hill. There is a shortcut through one of the hotels, which brings you into the beach carpark. Can't name the hotel here, but it starts with 'L'. I've never stayed at the park, but I'm sure you'll have a great time - I know the area very well :)

Should have added: approximately 10 minute walk to beach without a toddler.

Thanks very much.
Always good to know the shortcuts!
