Eurocamp - French Alps

We are thinking of taking our 3 and 6 year old girls to Eurocamp and quite fancy visiting the French Alps as we have only been there in the Winter - does anyone have any particular recommendations?

Not quite as far as the Alps but we did Eurocamp in Jura a couple of years ago and loved it. Felt it was a managable drive from the ferry with DD.

We went to the French Alps a few years ago on the French bit of Lake Geneva to Excenevex. It was a fantastic holiday. the best bit was going for a day trip to Mont Blanc, but if you winter there, you've probably done that.

We were camping right on the banks of Lake Geneva and could swim in there. It was so pretty, swimming in the lake and seeing the mountains all around.

I've looked online and I'm pretty sure it's camping La Pinede, a Campeole site. It says 15 km to the nearest town, but if it's the site I'm thinking of it's within walking distance (quite far walking distance, but still).
