Am I being too picky?

Right, me, my DH our 2 year old DS would like to camp in Cornwall/Sennen/Lovely beauty type place close to a beach. I am pregnant so the small, quiet, friendly sites really appeal. So far I have found a couple but they are either booked out, or a bit too basic. We have a large tent. We are borderline glampers.

We want-
Not very big site
Showers/Toilets
Small Shop on site if possible
Nearish to small village/town/couple of nice pubs

I do not want
Clubhouse
Pool
Playground
Very Exposed
Large groups
On site bar/pub

Can anyone help me please? I am going mad. Thank you

we're going to tollgatefarm that is just outside perranporth. Itticks all your boxes but I have a niggling feling it might be a bit to exposed although people have said that the sand dunes make it protected.
But everything else it does really well!
