cant tell you how relieved I am too have found this thread.

I am due twins in April, my DP and I LOVE camping and live next door to the new forest. I have mentioned taking them camping when they are three months or so...and everyone looks at me like I am demented. ! I cant wait... I am just assuming we will need to plan plan plan.... expect to be hearing lots on here form me. I will have LOADS of questions. !

I took my baby camping for the first time at 10 weeks old. No problems, just a bit chilly breast feeding at night!

We took our DS camping in Jersey when he was 4 months old - yes feeding at night was cold but he slept so much better for being in the great outdoors...just do it and enjoy !!
