Campsite for late May Bank holiday that allows you to book for just two nights

I've found some really nice sites but all seem to require 3 nights min booking for bank hols.

Can anyone recommend somewhere that might do 2 nights. We're in Leicestershire and want somewhere not too far so Norfolk, Peak District, Gloucestershire, Cotwolds.

camp site for caravan or tent. what things do you want nearby>

for a tent. don't mind what we're near so long as there is a pub within walking distance (walking distance for a 3 year old and two five year olds).

i go to one called Glencote in Leek in Staffordshire.
It is 400yds to a pub on the canal and river.
It has a fishing pond,play area, very safe and a lovely village to go shopping in.
It has a steam train that runs alongside the park which is lovely as they do special days for children and they love it. They often have a fair on at the olde worlde station too.
