New Year caravan site?

Not sure if anyone will even read this but... want to take DCs away for mew year in our tourer. Where can we go? Would like somewhere no more than 2 hours from Manchester, with just a little bit of something to entertain the children. I know I am asking a lot but any ideas?

I'm not sure of the distance but how far are you from Cumbria? The Lake District is beautiful...failing that, there's always erm Blackpool.
