Hi i should get round to doing a review for sequoia parc but what can i say!!

We only stayed a week and took our own tent. I have to say that we had the best time. My girls lived in the aqua park. If you have read previous reviews you may have heard that there isn't enough sun loungers, well we never had a problem as people would leave for lunch etc, so we always managed to find one.

The setting in stunning for a campsite, very pretty and clean. The loo blocks were good, there was always a young girl cleaning, so never got grubby.

The evening entertainment is what you would expect, quite funny and a little bit noisy but all quiet by 11.30 ish.

The onsite shop was very well stocked and not too pricey, the takeaway pizza very tasty, but DO NOT ORDER THE SALAD FROM THE TAKEAWAY, it is awful and very expensive, we didn't eat in the restaurant but it did look nice, friends did and said it was good but overpriced. There is also two little gift shops onsite, my girls loved it and bought all there friends treats.

All in all one of the nicest sites we have been too (and we have been to a few). The nearest supermarket is in Marennes, takes about 5/10 mins in the car, there is a much bigger and nicer one in Rochefort.

The best beach is in La Palmyre, about 30 mins away, free parking, enormous clean beach, with a few restaurants. again we took a picnic so didn't try. Royan is ok, bit touristy.

Sequoia Parc is a lovely site, you can stay onsite all day, there is afarm, tennis courts and stables as well, so plenty to do. Would go back in a instance. Not so keen on the area though.

Have a fantastic time, i'm very jealous and wish i was there now
