How much gas?

WE are off camping and have our camping gaz two ring cooker.
Not sure what size gas bottle to take for 8 days.
DH wants to take the gas bottle from our barbecue but it is massive ( about 7kg)
What do you use?

Will depend how often you plan to/are willing to use it. Take the barbecue bottle (if it dont mean leaveing essentials behind) because you can save yourselves MASSIVE headaches by having plenty.

There is nothing worse then robbing yourself of the ability to have hot food while camping!
