My wonderful new tent has a pool of water on the dome - not a drop inside thankfully.
Any tips on getting it off? We have shaken the tent but it will not budge. Can we remove it from pushing it inside, or will that cause a leak?

DH suggested a long straw...

Is it a single skin? If it is double then you should be fine pushing it from the inside - just be careful which way the water is likely to 'roll' or you could end up getting soaked.
Or you could try to dip one side of the tent from the outside and see if you can get it to run off - our canopy sometimes does this if we pitch on a slight slope and we just shove it off from underneath and it hasn't leaked.

ain't camping in the rain fun?

XL 6.2? If so when the wind blows the outer skin should just relieve itself of the water that has collected.
