Will one day of overeating undo my recent weight loss?

Lost loads of weight recently. Feeing great. Yay go me. Will one day pigging out set me right back or can I treat it as a one off, put it behind me and carry on? Drank too much wine with a friend the other night and seems to have tipped me over the edge so over indulged tonight as well and now feel shit. Need reassurance.

No.Turn it the other way. Would one day of eating less result in weight loss?

One day will do nothing. Just carry on as you’ve been doing!

No it won't

As long as it’s just the one day, then back to the diet without any excuses for prolonging the indulgence then you should be fine.

I’ve moved my bottled fizzy water back into the same room as me so it’s within reach as I think a lot of the time I’m just thirsty.
