Appetite control tablets with esophagitis

I would like to start taking appetite control tablets however I have suffered from Esophagitis and have to take omeprazole tablets to control heartburn. Do you think it's a bad idea?

I don’t think these tablets exist. Be careful there’s a lot of fake scams about GLP1 tablets but It’s not a thing

I agree, I've seen several ads for them. I've even seen one for a ring that's supposed to have the same effect.
