I‘m hoping to lose a stone by Christmas. I‘ve been yoyo-ing since last Christmas 🙄 Thinking about what to eat and calorie counting has taken over my life, and I have nothing to show for it. Main downfall is booze, and last Friday I decided to cut it out for a while.
I would genuinely be happy to eat the same 3 meals every day, so I don’t have to think about it and meal plan anymore.
Does anyone have a zero effort, minimum prep meal plan for me? 1300 calories, vegetarian or chicken or fish.
