Starting Again

I was very good and calorie counted from Jan-April then fell off the wagon. I think weight loss had slowed down and I lost motivation. Anyway four months later and I'm starting again. Thankfully I seem to have stayed the same weight, and am keen to start again! Anybody else hopping back on the wagon?

I started again last month. Lost around 10lb, this month I've only lost around 1-2 lb so feeling a bit disheartened and trying not to give up.

Me! Can I join please? I did well January- March and lost just over half a stone before I fell off the wagon… unfortunately have put it all back on after going on some new medication 😓 Reality check hit when I can no longer fit into some of my clothes and I can no longer wear my engagement ring as it’s too tight 😢 Also just hate what I see when I look in the mirror.
So I restarted calorie counting yesterday and have had a good first 2 days, totalling approx 1300/1400 calories a day.
Currently: 11 stone
Goal weight: 9.5stone
