Does anyone have a site they use to find calories in food? Used MFP a while ago but can't justify paying for it, see also Nutracheck. have looked at Foodhak as recommended on another thread but can't see anywhere it provides calorie info and just seems to want to sell you stuff.

There is a free version of MFP

InfoSecInTheCity · 15/08/2025 15:09

I use free version of MfP, just close the messages that keep popping up asking if I want premium.

I know you said you can't justify paying, but in case reframing it helps NC is £35 a year and benefits your overall health, rather that being a frivolous spend. Also often has deals I think if you hold out, or I can send you a link for 30 days free. It has a fantastic database and the cost is saved by skipping one takeaway!

The free way is reading packaging 🤷‍♀️

The NHS app

I used the free version of mfp

My fitness pal app.
It's free unless you want to go premium.

I’ve been using Foodhak since two months and while they do push their meal plans/snacks, I’ve mainly stuck to the free tools. You can log meals and it gives you the calorie breakdown, which has been really handy for keeping on top of things without paying for MFP or Nutracheck. The AI assistant is good too , you can ask it for recipes or meal ideas based on calorie targets, which makes planning a lot easier.

Been using free version of Cronometer for about a month and finding it easy to use.

Reviews for Best Assignment Help AU are mostly positive with students praising their timely delivery and helpful support some mention inconsistent quality, but overall it seems like a decent option for academic help when deadlines are tight.

I use MFP (the free version) and packaging to find out calories. I weigh my food to make sure as well.

If you or anyone else has a link for a 30 day free trial of Nutracheck I would very much appreciate it!
