Hi all,
I have 4 weeks left on the New You Plan which I've been on since the last week of April.
I've had 8 'binges' (birthdays, sugar crave/cave) in that time but have managed to lose just under 4 stone.
Has anyone had any experience with the last 4 weeks? I'm on the final stretch and weigh 9 stone 10 pounds and was hoping to lose another stone.
Might be too optimistic but I've been off track for 2 weeks so maybe I've bumped my metabolism...or not...!
