Hi all
How do I work out my daily calories in order to lose please?
Is it possible to 'bank' calories during week to relax more at weekends?
TIA

@saz2022 this calculator is a good starting point

But bear in mind everyone is different so it may take a bit of trial and error to figure out what your maintenance calories are ie how much to eat to stay the same.

And yes calorie cycling is something a lot of calorie counters do, going lower say 5 days of the week and having a couple of higher days either in a smaller deficit or at maintenance.

Nutracheck is a great app and you can set it to have easier days - it will give you a lower target on the other days.
