Anyone starting Slimfast next week as a weight loss boost? I have 2 stone to lose before May but I’m perimenopausal so it’s going to be challenging

I'll be doing it at lunchtime only for a week, but mainly as I'm struggling with lunch ideas at my new workplace. I find porridge is better in the morning as it stops me getting constipated and is the same calories as SF. I have to be careful it doesn't lead to bingeing.

I’m not but I did it a few years back. I loved it. Their starter pack was great and the meal plan was what I needed for structure and calorie counting. I lost a stone in 4 weeks. I really like the cafe latte flavour ready made drink! Good luck.

I used it over twenty years ago to help me lose nearly four stone. I've kept the weight off ever since, with the help of slim fast if it started to creep up. Love the meal replacement bars. X
