I've started calorie counting today,
How did everyone figure out their calories? I've messaged someone on Instagram today and she gave me an amount to go with, I also did the tdee calculators and they gave the same amount too, seems alot of calories but I'm use to weight watchers and unless I ate fruit and veg I'd be hungry. I've enjoyed tracking today and don't feel like I'm dieting as such.
When I'm so use to doing ww then go to eating anything within my calories it seems weird and hard to believe it'll work.

Tdee is how many calories to remain the weight you are. To lose weight, you need to reduce the maintenance calories by 20% to get a weight loss target.
