Fish and chips

Does anyone know how many calories would be in a portion of fish and chips if I don’t eat the batter and have a small handful of chips.

I have been sticking to a calorie deficit with lots of healthy, nutritious meals, but my DD has asked for fish and chips for dinner and I’d like some too.

I’d allow about 800 calories (assuming no sauces).

MyFitnessPal says 688 cal for one serving which is verified. You will be less without the batter and not all chips.

Thanks everyone. I went with myfitnesspal. They were worth every calorie!
