I’ve only ever used my fitness pal as it does everything I need it to. Most foods you search for are in there already.

I use My Fitness Pal. I've gone from 16st 5lbs to 12st 3lbs since October and mainly that's because I've used My Fitness Pal to hold me accountable every day. I use the free version and it's enough. Occasionally the figures aren't exactly correct (by a calorie or two) on it but it's easy enough to correct them when needed. Good luck!

Nutracheck! Far more accurate than myfitnesspal, all entries are verified. Good UK food database.

And it's really easy to customise depending on what type of diet approach you take, what layout and info you want to see etc.

The issue is not the counting: any calculator can do sums.

The issue is that the number of calories stated on food labels is wrong.

Search Dr Giles Yeo Calories Count

2nd nutra check. Much better than MFP imo

Nutracheck and Cronometer for most accuracy.
