What’s your go-to meals or snacks when calorie counting?

I’ve found frozen berries, with 0% fat Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey a great breakfast.

also loving scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on a slice of toast

as a pudding frozen cherries microwaved with a dollop in chocolate ice cream - delicious and only 120ish calories

Frittata - with onion, spinach, red pepper, mushrooms, cheese (+ any other random veg you happen to have ) and, following advice from a friend, tinned sardines. Totally delicious and filling too.
