Work out the calories

Does any kind soul want to work out the calories for me as I cannot for the life of me do a math sum,

item is 564cals per 100g so how many calories is 30g?

564 ÷ 100 = 5.64 x30 = 169.20

As above - divide total number of calories by the amount of grams given, then multiply that number by the amount you've weighed out.

Get the Nutracheck app. It allows you to scan bar codes, find any food out there, put in any portion/weight, add your own recipes. You can also find menus for a wide range of chain restaurants. It's really simple and easy to use. I think it is free for a short while and then you can a subscription. Don't pay the full price but look for offers I think I paid about £25 for the year, so that's only 50p a week.
