Hi all,
Please could you recommend me some resources/tips for starting a calorie controlled weight loss plan. Any websites/books/apps/influencers I should focus on?
TIA

I use MyNetDiary to track, UK food base, quick to add new products. Can use the website and connect with an app to collate information from GoogleFit etc

Hi..
I use weight loss resources. Its a great website. Its not free but it is affordable and has helped me massively. You can take a free trial on it for 24 hours- and it really is free, no automatic subscription or anything.
There are forums, challenges, recipes, full diet plans, links to your fitbit.. really a great resource.

I use my fitness pal
But I'm sure there are better.

Get some good kitchen scales if you don't have any

I follow RH fitness on TikTok. The guy is brutal but he speaks sense at it works! I use nutracheck to count. Get a decent set of kitchen scales. After you’ve done it a few weeks it’s pretty easy to sustain.

I also use MyNetDiary. You can scan food, copy meals across, add exercise in and if you cook from scratch, you can add in recipes and it will calculate the calories for you. It will also remind you to log your meals and analyse them so you can see if you need to adjust anything. It is much better than mfp.
