ive mentioned my weight loss on here before, now almost seven stones I am around 7 Ibs off my goal weight. Taking ages to lose this last bit!

my tummy is flatter, but still wobbly.however I cannot work out what my lower rate of calories should be. Not good at maths, I am 10 stone three and five foot five. I am desperate not to put it back on,I’m now a size 12/14 having been 17 stone and a size 22 I swim four times a week and walk more than I used to. Not far though.

any ideas? ATM I am still sticking to my diet, porridge for breakfast, soup and roll for lunch, smaller portion of evening meal with much less meat and more vegetables, fruit.as little sugar as I can manage.
