Should I aim for in a day
Female, 51 years of age, 122.8kg and 157cm height.
All the TDEE and BMR calculators give me different amounts and I just don't know where to start!
Thank you so much x

Try the nutracheck app.

I’m a similar age and height and need to lose about 25kg and I’m using this app to track my calories.

I’ve lost 2.5 stones previously using the app but slowly put it back on again after having a serious accident.

I find it very easy to use to track my daily calories as it has a really handy barcode scanner as well as being able to input everything manually. There’s also a really supportive chat forum on there too.

Just depends OP, how is your activity levels? Do you exercise at all? If so how many times a week? Or do you do little to no exercise? x

Are you staying the same weight at the moment? Best place to start is for the next week or two download calorie tracking app (my fitness pal, nutracheck, whatever) ignore what it is giving you as a calorie target and just track what you are eating now. Be really really really honest. Include the random bites that you just grab without thinking and try to eat as you normally do. Then after two weeks take the average amount and take away 2/300 calories and aim for that number. Try it for a couple of weeks and see what your weight does. That way you are finding out your actual tdee and not just what a calculator thinks. Sorry for the long ramble

I would highly recommend checkjng out weight loss resources. Its a paid website but you do get a free trial to see if you like it first. It's been invaluable to me, much prefer it to the free ones that are available and they will work all your calories out for you.

To make tracking your meals simpler and ensure you stay on target, I recommend the "Calories - AI Photo Nutrition" app for iOS. Just snap a photo of your meal, and the app provides all the nutritional info you need to keep on track.
